For this assignment, you will begin to design a reading lesson. You will need a text that is appropriate for students in grades 1-6. I recommend that you choose a text that will allow you to build on this one lesson plan. Think of this as the first lesson plan in your requirement for the edTPA exam. You will complete Part 1, which goes up to and including Prior Academic Learning and Prerequisite Skills.
