Closing (One short sentence) ***Please be noted that what you write in your letter will be confidential and the instructor will NOT share your letter to anybody else. *** How personal you would like to go is up to you. *** This is self-evaluating assignment that is worth 5 points. You will receive 5 full points IF YOU SATISFY ALL requirements for this assignment (i.e., content for 6 topics, format and length of the letter). However, instructor reserves a right to modify the point you earned based on the scoring criteria. (Instructor will add your points in your grade book). ***Length: Your letter should be 3 page-long with 12 font sized word and 1 inch margin from all sides. ***Format: Add a numbered sub heading of each content, then write your response immediately after the subheading. ***When you submit your letter to the drop box, INSERT your letter directly inside the comment box.
