In addition to your readings, you may wish to research quality management plans on the Internet to find examples of elements to include. Develop a quality management plan for the quality of the process and the product. The plan should include any tools, checks, guidelines, or other techniques used to manage quality, as well as a definition of how the success of the quality efforts will be determined.
