1) Training Outline - your outline must be formated exactly as the example provided in the Course Content tab. In fact, you can download it, delete the example information and type in your information. Your information should (a) cover your topic throughly (b) provide accurate information (c) cite where your obtained your information with APA style citations at the end of the outline (d) include spaces for periodic questions from the trainees, practical exercises as needed, and breaks (e) trainer reminders and hints on the right hand side. In essence, it should be complete enough for anyone in class to take the Training Outline and do the training themselves. 2) Powerpoints - develop powerpoints slides by which to conduct your training. Your powerpoint presentation must be in .pptx or .ptx powerpoint format depending on the powerpoint version you are using; not in pdf format. Your powerpoint slides should (1) cover all aspects of the topic included in the Training Outline. (2) Under each powerpoint slide is Click to Add Notes. This is where you will type verbatim what you will tell the trainees while the slide is showing. (3) Make the slides professional and interesting to look at. 3) Trainee Assessment form - develop a test to assess the knowledge, skill, or ability being trained. 4) Trainer Evaluation form - create an evaluation of you and your training for the trainees to complete. Typically these are Likert scales, 1 - 5 range, on the trainers presentation and content and its usefulness to their job. It is recommended that you develop your training and actually present it to some people to see how well it looks and sounds in practice. Ask for feedback and make changes accordingly. Also, take a look at the grading rubric to see how you will be graded. Your Training-for-Trainers (TfT) project is due at the end of Week 6. Good luck and have fun with the project. This will be a skill you can take with you in your career. Those already doing training know how important advance preparation can be.
