This assignment requires you to complete a Critical Thinking Concept Map utilizing the components of critical thinking that were presented in the “Application of Critical Thinking Components” video. Read the patient scenario in the center of the concept map and complete the empty labeled boxes by answering the following prompts: Identify all the plausible assumptions in the scenario Identify any inconsistencies in the data of the case (assessment data, lab data, etc.) Identify any missing data? Is there something that you need to know in order for you to make the best conclusion? Create data clusters utilizing the data that are included in the case.The purpose of clustering data is to be able to clearly identify patterns and problems. Once patterns/problems are identified, one can easily prioritize them in the order in which they should be addressed. There are a number of methods one can use to cluster data. I suggest using one of the following mechanisms: Gordon's 11 Functional Health Patterns or Cluster data according to the body systems such as neuro, cardio, respiratory, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, musculoskeletal, skin, and psychosocial. You will notice that I placed Gordon's categories in the concept map but you are free to change them out to whatever you choose. Lastly, identify your conclusions based upon the results of your data clusters.
