Three assignments. The first assignment is Annotated Bibliography about the racial bias in healthcare in north Illinois. And the second assignment is a 300-word discussion about The pharmacist and a 200-word reply to a student ( wait until I upload the student reply ). The third assignment is a discussion and reply to two students (not needing a specific number of words). Also( wait until I upload the student replies).

The first assignment (i uploaded the instruction) The second assignment is 300 words. Watch The Pharmacist Season 1 on Netflix- there are 4 episodes to Season 1. The "meat" of this series starts in episode 2- however, episode 1 gives you the background to the story. Answer the questions below: 1. What should the medical community be doing in response to the opioid epidemic? 2. What are your ideas for the next step in the fight against opioid epidemic? 3. Should drug companies be held responsible for our current opioid epidemic? 4. They say Dr. Cleggett ran a "pill mill." What is a "pill mill?" What harm does this cause? What are the difficulties in stopping a "pill mill?" 5. Describe any aspect of the documentary that showed you something you hadn’t seen before, caused you to think in a new way, or helped you understand something more thoroughly than before. In addition, describe how it changed your thinking. The third assignment is 1. Why do so many disciplines like medical sciences, psychology, biology, chemistry, sociology, political science, etc. require a statistics course? 2. Cite examples of the use of statistics in at least two disciplines for you and your fellow students.
