A CSV file containing three years of weather data from Easterwood Airport (in College Station) Field can be downloaded here: CLLWeatherData.csv Download CLLWeatherData.csv The data was taken from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Centers for Environmental Information1. You can view the file by opening the file in any text or spreadsheet editor (e.g., Notepad++, Excel), or in PyCharm or Spyder. The first line of the file contains the column headers explaining what each column contains. Downlad the file and write a program named Lab10b_Act2.py that does the following: Opens the CSV file for reading Reads the CSV file and computes: the maximum temperature seen over the 3-year period the minimum temperature seen over the 3-year period the average daily precipitation over the 3-year period (use 3 decimal places) Outputs the results to the console using the format below Performs the following three data analysis exercises and outputs the results to the console.
