Create a 40 page Business Plan for a wedding cake bakery.

adelemarvin added on 09/22/11 at 11:14 AM (PST):

I just added the rubric for the plan and also an example of how the financials need to be managed.

A few other important pieces of info:
- Please use the outline I provided for what sections need to be included
- Plan on a wedding bakery in Raleigh North Carolina
- Please use parenthetical citation (apa or mla doesnt matter)

Thanks so much! First pass and it looks in great shape. There are a few things I see that may need some deeper coverage and a few formatting items (like a table of contents), but overall I think you have done an great job. I am literally walking out the door to go on a camping trip for the week. My professor is willing to review the plans for feedback. I would hate to have you do any work that he didnt think was needed. I am going to sent to him (snail mail ugg) on my way out of town today. He turns feedback around really quick. Does it work for you to pause for the week until I can get more feedback together then send back your way? Thanks again!
