InstructionEach student should submit the first draft of his/her case study written report. The detailed guideline for this assignment is available in the case study written report assignment ( see the guideline for the final assignment). You must obtain approval from the instructor before proceeding with your case study analysis. The purpose of this "case study written report draft" is to encourage students to keep up with their ongoing progress of the report and integrate relevant material from their various sources of information. In addition, this will avoid the last-minute writing and completion of this report under deadline pressure. (Hint: Please start with the outline and add information later). You may need to submit your work as it is this week. Therefore, this draft version of the report won't be reviewed. However, if you need the instructor's feedback, please make an appointment with your instructor. Write your draft version of the case study report in a Microsoft Word document program with an RTF format or doc format (97- 2003 version of MS Word). You will be able to see the drop-down menu of "Save as type" and click the "Rich Text Format" or "Word 97- 2003 document" Please save your file as your last name_casestudy_draft.rtf or last name_casestudy_draft.doc (e.g., Lee_casestudy_draft.rtf or Lee_casestudy_draft.doc), If you have a last name that has more than 8 letters, use the first 8 letters. below is my case My proposed case study focuses on Airbnb and short-term rentals on housing issues in Los Angeles In addition to contributing to rising rental prices and housing insecurity for locals, Airbnb's growth has decreased the supply of long-term housing. The social and behavioral effects of short-term rentals on nearby communities in Los Angeles will be investigated in this case study. The study will investigate issues between locals, property owners, and visitors using a social science method. It will also look at possible ways to reduce the negative impacts of housing.
