InstructionI hope you are doing well. I'm recruiting for a unique, well-compensated proxy interview role. While a software development background is ideal, fast learners are welcome. My global team of experienced software engineers operates a successful job and freelancing business, securing software engineering roles in the US market. Our team members, from various countries including the US, UK, EU, and Asia, leverage their profiles to create opportunities for others. We have a proven track record over 2-3 years. Our team consists of supporters (providing profiles), developers (coding), and callers (securing jobs through interviews). As I expand, I'm seeking someone with native-level English proficiency and a solid understanding of software engineering to pass interviews and manage projects. If you lack in-depth knowledge, you must be a fast learner. You will use a provided profile (not your own) to pass interviews and secure projects. I will support you throughout the interview process, even if you have limited technical knowledge, as I have successfully trained non-technical individuals in the past. If interested, I can provide a detailed workflow. This model has a proven track record of success. The time commitment is manageable, approximately 2-3 hours daily for 3-4 interviews. You'll represent developers for roles involving technologies like Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, Golang, and Blockchain. Payment has two options: $1500-$2000 monthly per job for handling interviews and daily meetings, or $3000-$4000 monthly per US job if you also handle coding. Our goal is to secure multiple jobs. This workflow has a proven track record, and by working together, we can manage multiple jobs successfully, leading to increased earnings. If this opportunity interests you, I'd be happy to discuss it further. I look forward to hearing from you.
