These are the following things I think need more work on; Acitivity 7 - Please answer: Develop a project plan including timelines, work breakdown structure including roles and responsibilities. Activity 9 - Answer is too vague. Add relevant legislation required. Acitivity 13.1 - Answer: Identify the responsibilities that each of your team members might have and explain what action you would take to ensure project team members are clear about their responsibilities and project requirements. Activity 13.2 - Explain why you would use your choosen strategy for informing team members of their responsibilities. Activity 14 - Needs more detail why its important to have some understanding of adult learning needs. Activity 16 - How would you monitor project finances, resources and quality? Why would you juse these methods? Why do you think its superior to other monitoring methods? Activity 18 - Identify and list any potential risks that might result in project outcomes not being met. How would you undertake risk management as required to ensure project outcomes are met? What risk management strategies would you put in place? Activity 21 - Answer question relating to scenerio. Staff memeber is upset. WQrite a transcript of what you would say to them to placate them. Activity 22 - Refer to questions please. Activity 23 - Refer to questions please Project - Needs to cover/answer ALL 1-16 questions in order. Overall im very happy with the work but felt I was having to make a lot of changes myself. Please add to the above activities and project work and I will release payment. Thanks

Team members involved in home or personal life projects might include family members or friends. Provide a summary of your findings. If you think I am wrong can you please justify your answers.   • Hi, I have just recieved feedback for Section 1 Activities 1-6 and I have to resubmit them all!!! Comments made were that I have not answered the questions in full. Answers are too vague! I believe the rest of this unit will be the same...my worst nightmare, with only 3 days to get it all right or I fail.
