Part one: Find a generic inspection form and perform a general housekeeping safety inspection of your living space or one of a friends to identify hazards or potential hazards. Perform the inspection and record any recommendations necessary to make your living space (room), vehicle, kitchen safer. Be sure to record the living space in your report. There are many sample forms which can be found on the internet as a resource. Part two: answer the questions with 2 paragraph.
