I need help with writing a letter to upper management in the place of business, I witness two employees being very inapporperiate in the workplace. It has caused the work environment to become very uncomfortable and unprofessional in front of the patients. I just return from materity leave and I am afraid if things go sour many lives will be in jeopardy. PLEASE HELP with writing this let to report them more detail will be given when accepting this challeng.

They are both married with families Then nurse wasnt always this way/she is usually silent,reserve, and helpful/I can see that something is going on with her/I see she is in distress,miserable, snappy to the patients/not doing her work/leaving patient to go talk with him/she abandon her patient and went to lunch In front of a patient he said to her "babe are you ready for lunch" totally unacceptable On a different occasion a patient came to me and ask if they were married she saw him physically rubbing on her butt and she was not resistanting him.
