I was thinking something like this
In this essay, we are going to check on various issues that were discussed during a meeting organized by the a group of neighbors in Hamden CT. One police officer representing Hamden police Department and twelve neighbors part of this community attended this meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the rising levels of crime in the neighborhood, to collaborate with the Police Department in the formation of a neighborhood watch patrol, and the development of a system that allows these families to be in contact, and to share concerns as well as solutions to security issues.
Two homes have been broken into and more than five cars have been vandalized in the past 6 months, numbers that have doubled in the last two years.
