  • hi, based on your answers in Task 1, you are NOT required to pay the 20% down payment. It means "you are" currently serving in the U.S. military, or reservists or select surviving spouses , among others (please check). So we will NOT follow the formula in Task 2 because your down payment is 0% and NOT 20%. Is that right? let me know. thanks

  • "Task 1 " instruction is to find 30-year fixed-rate mortgage having a down payment of 20 percent. The one you gave is Fixed 30-year VA loan which has NO down payment. Are you qualified for a VA loan (please check)? If yes, then we will NOT compute the down payment for Task 2. Let me know thanks!

  • Hi, I have clarification for Task 6. Per instruction, "Assume that the first payment is made in January of the current year" But your input is "Date of first mortgage payment was: April 1, 2016". I'm done. Would like to see the clarification before I upload. thanks!
