In number 1, double-check a, b, c, e and f. Hint - this case is not in the federal system. Carefully read the questions to make sure you are answering what is being asked. I recognize that the Lawrence v. Texas case can be difficult to read. In d and e, I'm not sure you really mean that a violation of equal protection was upheld. I think you mean that the criminal convictions of the two men were upheld, in violation of the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment. Number 2i asks about the dissent. Look for the dissent written by Justice Scalia. Number 3 - The agreement was signed by both parties. please re-read the facts carefully. Also, reconsider your answer to 3c.
