Guidelines are within the attachment, straightforward, have to be supported by numbers and data (not just hypothetical point of view) Reason for revoking or altering have to be addressed and well mentioned with statistical numbers. For example I want to revoke x law because it could lead to y and z; statistics suggest that x number of individual suffered from law x. sort of like that. NOTE: it has to be FEDERAL OR constitutional; IT CANNOT BE A STATE LAW!

  • That is very broad thought. Its more like for example marijuana should be legalized because they may bring financial benefits, serve purpose in medical use both supported by data and evidence. I do not want to write about marijuana because it was overused in the class. When you say basic rights what are you referring too? examples of subjects been used within presentations in class "altering gun regulation, abortion, legalization of marijuana, restrict new rules on pesticide use" its going more toward this path rather than the broad path. Like picking one certain topic that you would like to change at federal level or constituation, how you want to change it, alter it or revoke it supported by evidence.

You are suggesting that forcing the child custody protection act will force young women to confront their father or mother about their pregnancy strictly, in order to go cross the border with them to have an abortion in a state that allow abortion? The example that you have added the 1 million abortion cases that have led to death was it strictly for young women only? also how does it support it? im a bit confused sorry

Any data supported within the text for example " 1. Thousands of young women prefer committing suicide rather than telling the parents about the pregnancy." Could you please support this by evidence are there cases where teenagers have committed suicide over this? also "1,152,000 abortion related deaths was recorded in 2009.The number was 32.1% of the total deaths in the year" have to be hyperlinked like you provide a link for it and it has to be indented or point listed in order for the instructor to check the data himself. Lastly, what are the age group for female who fall under this act, has to be specified.
