Part II Based on your experience of completing the RTI team teacher-referral form, address the following: Explain the challenges in completing the RTI team teacher-referral form. Identify any additional information needed in order to complete this referral. Provide resources for screening instruments and the database. Clarify how the personal, social, academic, and career needs of the student referred to the RTI team are being addressed. Consider the application of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs when addressing student’s needs.
