Hello, I have a care plan that needs to be done based on the information that I will provide you with, and if anything is missing, please make it up yourself. You are supposed to list 5 medications. One file is the template, where the information is supposed to be, other files are the info for the patient. The concept map is supposed to be about the mother, not the baby. Also, APA format, citation in every box and references. Title page needs to be included (vertical, not horizontal). It has to be in Word document. Content: 1 - Title Page (vertical) 2 - Care plan 3-References (on an new page and vertical, as well). Also, I will be including a sample, you can use that as an example. Please feel free to ask me any questions, I'd rather have you ask questions and do a perfect paper, rather than going back and forth after you uploading it. Thank you in advance

Hello. Let me begin by saying I am really sorry for the poor communication. I have not been able to keep you posted on how the assignment is going. I have had a hectic week tending to a sick family member which majorly disoriented my work schedule. I have not yet completed the paper. My questions so far are: Does the APA format apply to the whole paper or the references alone? Then I did not get information on the Unit/Room, pain scale, chief complain, ultra sound, family hx and medical hx. I made up information about the cbc...please review and tell me if you are okay with that. If I have like a day to wind up I will really appreciate so that I can at least try and get the details right so that you can get a good grade
