  • hi friend, I already released the payment and you did a nice job but there was a misunderstanding but, we are a company independent of Airbus so, a consulting and management company that works on the weaknesses of the company which is under the weakness (Legal proceedings and Larger dependence on subcontractors and suppliers) and we have to help the company and coming with the whole work following the requirements.
    User_10361 | Feb 11, 2018, 04:29 AM
  • what you did that you summarized the case
    User_10361 | Feb 11, 2018, 04:29 AM
  • I did not summarize the case. I assumed that I was another company which was trying to help Airbus. Therefore, I came up with all the various ghings you told me to come up with I DID NOT SUMMARIZE THE CASE.
    IvyleagueGirl | Feb 11, 2018, 06:14 AM
  • Okay, you don’t summarize the case, can you edit and respond to the first msg before, because we have to deal with the 2 weakness that the Airbus suffers from
    User_10361 | Feb 11, 2018, 10:09 AM
  • We are a consultant and management company that the airbus or another company looking for a new salutation for their weakness and we try to find a best we to achieving the goal by vision, mission, blah blah as the request for the requirements

  • Still waiting for your reply?

  • I did this work. You did not specify some of the things you are bringing in your message above. I came up with all mission vision and the rest as a company that was trying to help Airbus. What more do you want?
    IvyleagueGirl | Feb 11, 2018, 20:51 PM
  • Your initial instructions were: "You have to read the case then you are a new company that trying to find a solution to help this company. You are job is to come with 1 vision, 1 mission, 3 goals, 3 objectives, 3 strategies, 3 tactics, 3 business policies, 3 business rules, 4 internal influencers, 4 external influencers, 8 assessments (2 Strengths, 2 Weaknesses, 2 Opportunities, 2 Threats), 8 potential rewards, 4 potential risks." I already di all this. what more do you want because I don't understand what you are saying.
    IvyleagueGirl | Feb 11, 2018, 20:55 PM
  • Yes and the requirements were clear, we need to come with a new solution or advice for the airbus company, you told me that you didn’t summarize it, for example, let’s see the weakness of the company that you wrote in your file ( you take it from the case as it’s) and there is many other things the same
    User_10361 | Feb 11, 2018, 21:37 PM
  • And you said that you understood the requirements
    User_10361 | Feb 11, 2018, 21:38 PM
  • You told me to come up with weaknesses. You did not tell me to solve them
    IvyleagueGirl | Feb 11, 2018, 21:42 PM
  • Your instructions were: You are job is to come with ........
    IvyleagueGirl | Feb 11, 2018, 21:43 PM
  • I will repeat it again we are a new consultant and management company who is doing a new solutions to help the airbus to avoid their problem or weakness
    User_10361 | Feb 11, 2018, 21:45 PM
