I have a Care Plan that needs to be filled out. Some of the information is there already. I will provide you with information about the patient. Also, I will submit a sample for you, please follow that and the rubric. I am submitting the medication list separately because it needs to be in horizontal position. So make sure you add meds to there. You need to put in-text citations and APA Reference page. Do the reference page as a separate document. I will upload patient's info shortly. You can start working on some parts though. Patient has pneumonia, lung sounds are diminished but the rest of the physical exam in normal. So do head to toe physical examination, meanwhile
