In this case, these weapons should not be sold to the public for the sake of people’s security.

In other cases, the juveniles can be able to be averted from cases of re-offending and this can do done through personalized approaches, subjecting the juveniles to training and education programmes and offering the juveniles proper support and guidance. There is a very key need to focus on early intervention on juveniles and if this is done, then chances of re-offending as adults are reduced. In most cases, punishing the juveniles does not lead to behaviour chance and hence, subjection to rehabilitation aspects and reforms is necessitated.
