Locate and interview a supervisor/manager that actually supervises employees. I encourage you to think of this as a career development opportunity in addition to a class requirement. This is a great opportunity to develop a relationship with a new mentor or to research a company or field of interest. Do not select your parents, siblings, or best friends for this interview! 1- Create a list of five or more questions to ask during your interview with a supervisor. 2- Attach these questions and answers to your paper 3- Conduct the interview. 4- Write a report of your findings, in essay format, 4 - 6 full pages. Tie the interview to material in the text
