I told you to only use the headers (brief introductions, self analysis, organizational analysis, job analysis, and next step) you need to get rid of all the rest of the questions ( for example: a) What specific job tasks (from your proposed job) appeal to you? b) How do your interest, values, skills, personality traits and strengths fit this job?) this paper needs to look like an essay and not questioner like I have already said. You can't put your answers in bullet points. they need to be in full sentences. Also, that link does not work. You are not sending me the right link to the job offer. Please finish this as soon as possible. I think my instructions are very clear and I don't know why you're not doing it right.
