Leadership Theory Final Paper (50 pts total): This paper is designed for you to take the time to explore and learn about a leadership theory. This paper should be formally written including references to your sources. This paper should be in Microsoft Word format, 4-5 pages in length 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with 1 inch margins. Please include a title page (does not count in your 4-5 pages). You may also use pictures or illustration but these also do not count in the 4-5 page requirement. These papers will be due midnight, April 20th on canvas. 1-Choose a leadership theory that you believe you align with. 2-Describe the background, who created, and where the theory came from. (10 pts) 3-Describe in detail the theory. (10 pts) 4-Describe in detail how you believe this theory will inform your leadership style in the future. (10 pts) 5-Who could benefit from use of this theory and how? (10 pts)
