Need help with writing "code of conduct" for a University as a project. Some parts are already done just need more sections to the project. about 2 pages.

Instruction
I already have the following sections so please DO NOT work on these topics: Conflict of interest, Personnel and professional integrity, Harassment, fraud, discrimination, Values, Confidentiality, Compliance. Suggested topics to work on: Finance, sexual/physical abuse, Plagiarism, cheating, and any more topic that you can think of. Each topic should be explained in few sentences. Please use appropriate references and cite it APA style. I also need a short introduction but no conclusion needed. Just as an example for Fraud section I have the following: Fraud: Staying away from fraudulent activities which applies to both faculty and students. The fraud can be in the space of money matter, awarding university degrees and diplomas. The student community should stay away from cheating in exams or providing falsify educational credentials.
