Below I uploaded the instructions, video you have to watch, and the reading you have to read. No plagiarism. Need it done by tomorrow at 3pm PAPER INSTRUCTIONS: Financing Global Health Opinion Paper Watch the VICE video on Haiti and read chapter 1 of the 2017 Financing Global Health Report, specifically pages 25-42. Then write a 750 words opinion paper addressing the following topics. 1. What is your initial reaction upon finishing the video (approximately 200 words). 2. Should the United States government increase or decrease the amount of foreign aid it provides annually? Explain your position and cite at least three statistics/facts/positions outlined in the Financial Report to support your position (approximately 550 words). You must reference the three statistics/facts/positions in your paper. For example, if you state something like, “While the United States contributes the most total dollars to foreign aid, the United Kingdom and Norway contribute a larger percentage of their Gross National Product to foreign aid,” you must indicate where in the report you got that information from. So you would write “While the United States contributes the most total dollars to foreign aid, the United Kingdom and Norway contribute a larger percentage of their Gross National Product to foreign aid” (Figure 11, page 32). Do not use any direct quotes, but rather paraphrase the information in your own words. Remember the citation itself does not count toward your word total.
