Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory views the person as developing within a complex system of relationships affected by multiple levels of the surrounding environment. In this view, the child's nurture forces join the nature forces to mold development. Bronfenbrenner states that all relationships are bidirectional and that people are both products and producers of their environment.
Discuss how culture, biology, and environment are bidirectional within the different periods of human development. Include in your discussion an example of a child being both a product and a producer of a relationship within his or her environment.
