  • the most important is to state the problem and goal of the project clearly as in the outline. The rest should be finding enough evidence that supports my thesis and my idea of getting bilingual nurses certified. using the literature and making appropriate suggestions to achieve the goal. I am sending my idea to the diversity and inclusion committee. Hopefully, I get an answer from them this coming week so I can include their feedback, either supporting or declining the idea so I can include it in the paper as required by the instructions. Later on, I have to make a ppt presentation for the class so keep that in mind. Thanks!!!
