After studying and evaluating the components included in the Project Manager's Toolkit, evaluate which of the tools (Gantt Chart or Flow Chart) would be most appropriate for each of the following tasks and use that tool to complete the task. 1. Outline the steps involved in undertaking a job search and choosing a job. Include an analysis of the advantages and limitations of the tool as well as ideas for ways you can use the tool in business. 2. Build a schedule showing the steps for planning and preparing for your vacation. Include a description of the advantages and limitations of this tool and ideas for ways you can use it in business. Combine the charts into one Microsoft® PowerPoint® file. The format might look like this - the PPT should have a title slide showing your name and the class, then a slide with a brief overview of what each chart is showing, then a slide showing your chart/tool, then one or two slides that provide the description required for each step (1 and 2), and your reference slide. A. Having a good resume B. Choice to work in your field Be sure to use good PPT protocol which means no full-length sentences or "walls of words" - bullet points, graphics, etc. make the presentation easy to view. Imagine the best and worst PPTs you have had to sit through and try to imitate the best!
