Case Paper The paper answers the assigned questions for a particular case. I will list the questions, which you need to address for the paper. These are NOT free-form essays but pointed answers to the assigned questions. Do not quote from the case but use your own words. It is most important to back up your answers to the questions with facts from the case. There is not necessarily one answer to the question, but not all answers are of equal value. When asked for a recommendation, please take a stance and support your recommendation! Please do not write recommendations such as “they should do more market research” or “they should study the problem more.” In making decisions, managers never have perfect or complete knowledge of the situation. In most cases, you have to make a decision based on the information available and the knowledge you possess at a given point in time. Please do NOT use material from outside the case in the paper. The case is attached below.

Case paper ---- International Business The paper should contain a 5 double-spaced pages. You do NOT need to repeat the questions in the paper text. Just type the question # and then your answer. Answers to questions are to be in full sentences – no phrases or bullet points. Where applicable, you may put text in tables. Written assignments are to be typed in Times Roman font, 12 points, double-spaced with 1-inch margins all around. Case #2 – Questions 1) Is Apple responsible for the alleged human rights violations that occurred? 2) Would onshoring, insourcing, or a combination of the two represent a suitable response to Apple’s problems? 3) If Apple continues on the current path, what should it do differently? 4) Should firms such as Apple maximize their profits, or should they sacrifice some the to do good?
