The student should reflect on the types of situations in which his/her competencies become executive sensitivities (i.e., IA = Intellectual Inadequacy, BW= Being/appearing weak, DR = Disapproval/rejection, DO = Depending on others, and A = Authority). the activities that the student believes s/he overdoes and the ones that the student believes s/he underdoes as a result of his/her sensitivities, a self-improvement action plan describing how the student plans to address his/her sensitivities and change the activities that s/he under- and overdoes accordingly; this action plan should be informed by as many ideas drawn from the material covered in class as possible.
