HR-Strategic Management Case Study w/3 questions

Date Posted: 05/11/2018
Category: Business
Due Date: 06/11/2018
Instruction
Hello! **This assignment has 2 parts** First, I need the short attached case read along with answering the 3 questions that are attached. Please do not bid on this assignment if you do not have any HR knowledge!! This is a very important assignment/grade for me as that it is worth 15% of my grade. The questions need to be answered in as much detail as possible and all references need to be formatted in APA style. Secondly, I will need to send you 2 of my peer's responses to the same case. I will need responses to their input. The responses don't have to be that long (couple of paragraphs max) as long as their issue is being responded to. Any references used will also need to be in APA format. Thank you!

    User_17349 | Nov 06, 2018, 23:58 PM
  • okay
    ExcellentTutor | Nov 07, 2018, 00:02 AM
  • Hello..Please see the responses from my instructor below...please advise. Thanks!! Take another look at question 1. It looks like you have confused the names of the two Deans. Which strategy do you think that Dean Barnes followed and which strategy do you think that Dean Blake is following? Give the level of resistance Blake encountered, do you think that he adequately assessed the internal environment? Take another look at question 2. I'm not sure to whom you are referring at the end of your second paragraph. While you have some good ideas of how to improve communication with the faculty, question 3 also asks you to address staffing issues, performance management concerns and potential changes to the compensation system.
    User_17349 | Nov 07, 2018, 20:29 PM
  • let me check on that
    ExcellentTutor | Nov 07, 2018, 20:37 PM
  • Thanks! I am also getting ready to attach the peer responses for you to respond to as you see fit. One is in red and the other is in blue. As stated previously, the responses to the peers don't have to be extra long. I just need them to address the main topic of their posting. It will be attachment 4. Let me know if you have any questions.
    User_17349 | Nov 07, 2018, 20:46 PM
  • Do you have an estimated time on when the revision will be available? Thanks!
    User_17349 | Nov 07, 2018, 22:15 PM
  • Just to clarify..I don't need the responses until this Friday. I need the revised response within the hour. It is due then. Thank you
