  • Research about the Lego Group company 1)intro: background, competitor(what companies), why did you choose this company ?, ”lego” meaning-created by who-when? 2)challenge of the company: #1: companies that have the same format, like selling fake lego for cheaper price, #2:rival companies that have different format like "Bandai Namco”(short discription of what they're about) , they produce anime figures or toy cars which can be a competitor for the lego toys. 3)solution: “short term”:The lego company put their label on their toys so the customer can distinguish it from other fake companies , “long term”:they could compete by doing collabs with Disney or the Star Wars or Batman movies by creating limited edition logos for the movies big fans. 4)conclusion :intro, future, challege, the income rate after solving the problems... Write with a perspective like what if i am the CEO of the lego company, what would i do.

    User_17208 | Dec 05, 2018, 15:30 PM
  • And can you change some part at the end to make it sounds like if you're the CEO that's what you will do to make the company better or something similar to that
    User_17208 | Dec 05, 2018, 15:32 PM
  • I would really appreciate it if you can do it for me :) thank you in advance

  • And like try to answer questions like what can the company do to better prepare itself and its customers suppliers, and dealers for the next severe downturn? what are your goals for company performance for the next downswing? what can be done to make sudden increases in production more manageable for you and your suppliers? What can you do to decrease customer losses and defections? What can top management do to make sure it keeps a stronger focus on customers?
    User_17208 | Dec 05, 2018, 15:43 PM
  • I did answer those questions and let me fix where necessary
    ExcellentTutor | Dec 05, 2018, 15:46 PM
