I need to know some of the tasks that you and other employees at your workplace do. This will help me to select a task, review the task and then document the steps of completing the task. I will use those steps to create a job aid that can help others who are doing that same task to do it without errors. Therefore, please give me some of the tasks that you and your collegues do at the pharmacy because a pharmacy is a shop or hospital dispensary where medicinal drugs are prepared or sold. therefore, do you sell drugs or you prepare? Or do you treat people? tell me exactly the tasks that you do. I will choose one to use in creating the job aid.

  • I work in a pharmacy that dispenses drugs. We get orders from doctors then fill the medicine accordingly. It is a typical retail pharmacy. We have cashiers, technicians and pharmacists.

  • Hi. I have completed this assignment and I have already uploaded the work above. The Job Aid is at the beginning and then after the job aid, there is analysis of how it will be deployed, the training methodology and technology, change management component and what employees will be able to do after the training among others. Please note that you can replace the name of the pharmacy in the job aid with the actual name of your pharmacy. I used (BTS Pharmacy). But I am sure that is not the name of your pharmacy. Therefore, make sure you replace that name with the real name of your pharmacy. I already uploaded the work. Please see it and release the payment for the work done. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.
