Q2)a) Hedging 100% of costs can substantially reduce profits if the dollar appreciates a lot (or the euro depreciates ) Q3a) Primary social responsibility is maximising shareholder value Q7 All answers incorrect, also missing % benefit/cost Q8a) should be no hedge Q8d) a recommendation was not given; also could have mentioned it depends on risk aversion of the CFO. Part B was mostly correct. Overall a good report. Well done.
