The brand of a business determines what products or service an entrepreneur is marketing (my opinion). Communicating your brand in my is informing the consumers of what makes your products appealing. Lou Doug indicated that he and his partner had to stay true to their brand, from incorporating employees that fit into their brand, down to the facility that host their brand. Social media plays an important role in the marketing world. It gives your brand the platform to reach millions of individuals without spending millions of dollars. For my business, I plan on using social media to my advantage to reach those who are seeking respite care for their love’s ones. From creating apps, conducting live videos, blogging, and chat rooms that would inform my potential clients of my brand. My social media platform would include Twitter, Facebook, and snapchat. Those avenues will allow those who are receiving my marketing message to respond to the information they have received and interact with others who have experience my business or have shared information about my brand. I think one of the greatest rewards of social media is the immediate feedback you receive about your business or brand. With the feedback that is gather in real-time I will be able to improved my brand and ensure my business strategic plan is aligned. I truly believe an advantage of using social media for marketing your brand or business would increase your clients based on a daily basis. All I can say, advertising your business on social media is not going away any time soon. The more businesses embrace and use it to their advantage the more benefit you get to reap. It's an effective way in communicating, it's effective when it comes to advertising, and most importantly low cost. Overall, prefect opportunity to clearly add your business mission, vision , goals to your media pages. What else can I say; you can virtually promote your business or brands and at the same time be able to interact with your clients from around the world.
Student#2: It is essential to building a reliable and consistent brand across all social media platforms. A brand’s profile on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, your company blog and everywhere else it has a presence online should be unified and in line with the brand essence and style guide. Be consistent with graphics, color, style and language, and even posting routine. Inspirational quotes on Monday? #TBT photos on Thursday? Whatever the method, keep it consistent, so followers know what to expect.
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat Social networks are attracting more and more people on the Internet. First connected to a hobby, these platforms have become real marketing assets for companies.
It is now essential and essential for them to learn how to use it to address new targets and develop their market. This new communication channel not only strengthens the presence of his company on the Internet but also increases the number of customers and recruit differently from future employees. If for a long time owning a website and social networks was a plus for companies, it is no longer imaginable today to do without. Companies that risk ignoring the internet are missing out on the critical element of a branding marketing strategy.
Constant growth.
Social networks, in particular, have been experiencing exponential growth for the last ten years. Their primary asset is its simplicity and speed. For most users, they are intuitive, do not require any instructions for use, and have no difficulty in accessing information. It is enough for a user to discover a product, a service or a person that interests him so that he immediately informs his entire community. The potential of social networks is therefore enormous for companies that want to develop their customer base, their brand image, and their turnover. The significant advantage of systems is also the ability to influence a panel of people according to their interests but without the feeling of being guided.
The main advantage of social networks is the proximity to the customers they offer to businesses. It is a direct communication channel that allows users to share their experience with the product or service. This is an aspect that is not always found on other marketing and communication media. Of course, exposing your company to social networks takes the risk of negative comments damaging the brand. It should not be seen as a danger, but on the contrary, the opportunity to bounce back on the negative opinion and propose an individual solution to the user. Most users are happy to tell their story on the internet as you will be unable to eliminate the negative comments on the net, as much control over them by responding to complaints, which will be easier if the comments are on your networks rather than on various consumer forums. In the event of a recurring remark, you can trace the problem back to your employees and think about how to correct this trend. The general rule is to regulate its networks, without leaving the consumers on their own.
The positive opinions meanwhile, will enhance the product and indirectly, the brand image of the company. It is by being attentive to all comments that we can anticipate customer expectations and adopt the best strategy. The latter may concern the innovations to be made to the products or the marketing arguments that will make it a success. Also, consumer opinions are often heard more than the speech, sometimes considered too commercial, of the brand. The user feels reassured by the views of his peers: if a product is recommended and recommended by hundreds of Internet users, then it is very likely that it suits me too. The presence of companies and brands on social networks is, therefore, more and more common. These sites represent a vector of communication in the same way as traditional media. With two significant advantages, however: a lower cost and an exciting return on investment.
