See the attach document for brief case PDF and the Supreme court case of Marbury v. Madison When you have completed your readings, prepare a brief of the case. The brief should be no more than 4 pages in length.

It is obvious that one must quote, restate and paraphrase most of the content because all discussion must be based on the supreme court decision and it is allowed that means having matching content is unavoidable..anyway it is not necessarily for you at the moment all the best

  • I thought you said you didn't submit the paper and you were awarded zero already so you should not be waiting for the results..I already accepted my mistakes and that is why I revised it and I'm not perfect however I just wanted to explain to you why the paper had matching information, it was case law and it is a fact some words or information you cant change maybe those areas I forgot to put the in-text citation which was my undoing but saying case law you cant find matching words is not possible. I didn't want to get involved in all these, it is only that many tutors were complaining about you, I wish I kept it to myself to avoid all these myself I had already moved on. In summary I accepted my mistakes, I'm not perfect, the paper was not of the quality you expected and that is why you cancelled it and you will get back your funds so lets end the discussion period.
