  • I though the assignment was perfect, But it needs some changes. Could you possible update it to make my instructor happy
    User_21887 | May 24, 2019, 02:27 AM
  • I am very sorry to say that this entire assessment needs to be reworked. First, you do not explain the essential tools correctly (VRIO, Value Chain--internal analysis and Five Forces and PESTEL --external analysis. USE the TEXT to figure out what these models are and define and apply the tools. Research Coca Cola extensively so you can use the tools above to figure out how it is doing, and what it needs to do. You have not research on Coke at all. You need to start with an overview of the company and its financials. How is it doing? What business units does it have? ETC. Go to Yahoo Finance for the financials and the Coke Annual report. Find out who its key competitors are.
    User_21887 | May 24, 2019, 02:28 AM
  • From there apply the tools. Each one needs work and rework. From there, make recommendations. And, the recommendations cannot be to use the tools, as you said. That is not what the assessment is bout. You are supposed to use the tools to dig in and figure out what Coke should do strategically. Your writing needs a lot of work and I highly recommend you go to the Capella Writing Lab and work with a writing coach as there are so many errors in the paper that it is hard to read and follow what you are trying to say. .I made comments but I couldn't comment on everything. EDIT and READ outloud but that will not be enough. You need focused assistance on your writing skills.
    User_21887 | May 24, 2019, 02:28 AM
  • can i upload some of the things she seen wrong with the paper. I could add an bonus for you. She is a very strict teacher as I am in a MBA class.
