Article Summary Instructions
As a practitioner, it is important to understand research and to understand how to apply it to your clients and patients. The goal of this assignment is to ensure that you understand research and can explain technical research in layman's terms. With that being said, there are a few important points to keep in mind when writing. To begin, this paper will need a new title and 5 sections that summarize the article. If there is a lot of jargon or technical terms, you will need to explain or define them in such a way that your patient or client can easily understand. Finally, the entire article should be formatted using APA guidelines. Use the example format to guide you: APA Template.
This is the article that you are to rewrite in APA format and laymen terms: Intermittent Fasting and Endurance Training Article
Your paper should be formatted as follows.
Title Page (page 1):
Should contain the "NEW" title of the paper.
Include a page header (running head) at the top of every page. You might want to review how to do this from this video.
The title should be typed in Title case, centered in the upper half of the page.
Under the title is the author's name: first name, middle initial, and last name.
Under the author's name should be KINS 2535 and under that the institution (Georgia Southern).
