What do you think about adding a project buffer for the entire project, as critical chain scheduling suggests? What are some ethical considerations when using slack and buffers. 2) Chapter 7 discussion questions #2 AND #5 2) Explain some of the basic principles of cost management, such as profits, life cycle costs, tangible and intangible costs and benefits, direct and indirect costs, and reserves. 5) Explain what happens during the process to determine the project budget. Compile all of your answers into one document, to include a Title page, at least two full pages of text in the body of your document, and a References page. Use the Sample APA Style Paper from Module 0 as your template. Do not retype each discussion or exercise question; label each section of your document with the item from the list above.
