Organizational Project Management 3-5 pages.

Date Posted: 17/06/2019
Category: Other
Due Date: 19/06/2019
Instruction
To support an initial implementation of and subsequent improvements to Organizational Project Management, a standard called the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) was developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Specifically, this standard defines a methodology for implementing and improving OPM. (1) Explain the importance of Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3). (2) Individually explain in depth each of the main categories of best practices developed as part of OPM3, which are “knowledge, assessment, and improvement”. (3) How would you apply these to your research project? Use references to support your answer including the OPM3. I attached a power point with information on best practices and OPM3. Slides 5 and 6-10 are the ones with the best information. The website link below has great information on best practices and OPM3. I also attached information about what my research project is. https://www.pmi.org/learning/library/implementing-opm3-challenges-7622 Please limit paper to 3-5 pages.

  • My research project is to determine whether or not citizens have confidence in the ability of FEMA to perform effective hurricane response and relief management. It requires a compilation of the agency’s response reports and other scholarly works that have documented the agency’s response to disasters and emergency situations. Other important documents to review include policy reviews and implementation, and analytical review of the agency’s response capabilities. To determine the level of the agency’s efficiency and effectiveness in preparing and responding to disasters, it is important to consider the views of stakeholders.
    User_21867 | Jun 17, 2019, 23:57 PM
  • Alright. I have already started working on it.
    HavardGraduateWriter | Jun 18, 2019, 10:16 AM
  • Hi, I have identified an issue with the instructions you gave for this task!
    HavardGraduateWriter | Jun 18, 2019, 13:06 PM
  • The first document you uploaded states this: To support an initial implementation of and subsequent improvements to Organizational Project Management, a standard called the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) was developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Specifically, this standard defines a methodology for implementing and improving OPM.
    HavardGraduateWriter | Jun 18, 2019, 13:06 PM
  • A few hours ago you replied me with a different instructions: My research project is to determine whether or not citizens have confidence in the ability of FEMA to perform effective hurricane response and relief management
    HavardGraduateWriter | Jun 18, 2019, 13:07 PM
  • I need your help because am confused by these two different topics for one assignment. Please reply as soon as possible I have stopped working to avoid poor quality work.
    HavardGraduateWriter | Jun 18, 2019, 13:08 PM
  • I am waiting for your reply as soon as possible
    HavardGraduateWriter | Jun 18, 2019, 13:38 PM
  • Hello, I am sorry that I confused you. There is only 1 assignment. However, the last part (part 3) of the instructions for this assignment asks about my degree capstone research project. It asks, how I would apply the main categories of OPM3 best practices (which are “knowledge, assessment, and improvement) to my research project. That is why I sent you information about my research project. So, you would be about to complete the 3rd part of this assignment. The 3rd part of this paper is basically to describe how knowledge, assessment, and improvement (as defined by OPM3) can help you research/determine whether or not citizens have confidence in the ability of FEMA to perform effective hurricane response and relief management.
    User_21867 | Jun 18, 2019, 14:37 PM
  • Okay
    HavardGraduateWriter | Jun 18, 2019, 14:52 PM
  • COMPLETE. I have uploaded the paper. Check carefully, I provided you with two documents the first one has questions inside it and the second file is well-edited. Please download and use DOCUMENT NO 2. Let me know if any issue.
