Here are my comments on the first rubric heading: In subsection a, you don't specifically name it, but you are referring to an embargo. However, it's not really relevant here because you already know that Mexico and Japan are not on the embargo list. To make it easy on you, you can discuss specific Anti-Trust laws (we discussed them in a prior module) or the FCPA. With respect to employment laws, this is to general. This means 3 bullet points under each heading with citation. You need to deconstruct what you previously submitted down to outline form.
