Develop a classroom management plan to share with your principal or leadership team. Think of the diverse needs of your students and how to create an environment that is safe and inviting. Make sure you consider students with ADHD, giftedness, learning disabilities, ELLs, Autism, as well as students with various challenges. You may format the classroom management plan as you wish, as long as you include the following: Map and/or description of the classroom environment with rationale for the layout Explanation of routines Explanation of how safe environment is created and maintained Classroom rules/expectations Description of behavior management plan aspect Examples and explanations of how motivation is used to encourage learning and on-task behaviors.
