TOPIC: Epinephrine PPT Presentation W/ talking points on the side The time limit for each presentation is no more than 10 minutes; groups that exceed that time limit will lose points. Gear your presentation to the level of someone who knows very little about the brain, since most class members may not be very familiar with the info you’re describing; accessibility of the material will be counted into your presentation grade. Each slide in your presentation should show who created that slide (give initials of those who worked on the slide) and citations of sources for the all material on the slide (see example slide below). Include a title slide and a References slide. All citations and and references must be in correct APA format; use the same rules for formatting that you’d use for a paper, except for the variation in the location of in-text citations noted on the sample slide below.

Presentation 1: Major Neurotransmitter (October 7, 2019) Choose one neurotransmitter from the document in Canvas Module 2 called Group PPT 1 Topic List and describe it for the class. For each presentation, 1) indicate the type of neurotransmitter it is (biogenic amine/monoamine or amino acid or other type) and justify why it is classified that way, 2) indicate the brain and/or body systems it works with and say how it affects those systems, and 3) describe, in detail, how it gets into the body (e.g., is it manufactured in the body and by what organs, taken in from outside and how, or both). You must also include a color diagram of the chemical structure of your neurotransmitter. 3 major components of the presentation 35 [type = 8 pts; brain/body system = 14 pts; how enters body = 13 pts] Diagram/picture of neurotransmitter 5 APA format/citation use (-0.5 per error) 5 Presentation level of the material (made accessible) 5 Total 50 Note: Use a light background and dark lettering on your slides so it’s readable when I print it.
