To complete this Assignment, review the learning resources for this week and other resources you have found in the Walden Library or online and respond to the following bullets in an 8- to 10-slide PowerPoint presentation (excluding the required cover and reference slides). Describe job analysis, job design and job description, including an explanation of why these key concepts are essential to understanding talent acquisition needs. (1–3 slides) Identify three questions related to the above points that you anticipate new Human Resource staff may ask and provides the questions along with your responses, citing your sources. (1–2 slides) Identify two best practices for recruitment and explain why they are considered “best practices.” (1–2 slides) Explain one major difference between employee training and employee development. Address how human resources can ensure that training is connected to organizational goals. (1–2 slides) Your final slide should list in APA format the References from the week’s required readings that support the content provided Your Assignment must include 3 references to support your thinking. Note: Using the PowerPoint template provided, be sure to include Speaker Notes for each slide so that your PowerPoint highlights only bulleted key points. The last slide in your presentation should include a list of resources you used listed in APA format.
