Determine the emblem of Hong Kong, Discuss the pros and cons of whether Hong Kong should have a criminal extradition treaty with the People's Republic of China. Discuss the pros and cons of criminals fleeing Taiwan, or Macau, or other parts of China and flying to Hong Kong to escape prosecution (and extradition) to mainland China.
