Your total combined word count for these three questions should be 1,200–1,500 words. 1. Many organizations are placing increasing importance on values and ethics in the workplace. Briefly define what values and ethics are. Then, discuss two reasons why workplace values have become more important in recent years. 2. Explain the three distinct types of ethical principles and discuss the limitations of each. 3. Janine and Anitra work as bank customer service representatives. Janine often comes home at the end of the working day with a headache and feeling emotionally exhausted. She has difficulty sleeping immediately before and after some days at work. Anitra performs the same job duties as Janine and often works with the same clients, yet Anitra rarely experiences these symptoms.
