Pick an area of OSHA that is of greatest interest to you. Provide a research analysis of that area, where it is used, how companies can use that area to provide safety and training totheir employees, rules, regulations, costs to implement the procedure, system, protocol, etc. You will also need to find 2 companies that are in the industry that would be impacted by your research. There endless lawsuits, settlements, and cases of flaws in company compliance where an employee, or group have been impacted negatively due to negligence. Provide a history of that case and all the who/what/when/where/why/how/result. Any facts, figures, etc., be sure to include. Lastly, you will write up a brief safety protocol that could prevent harm and would be effective.
