Business Ethics course. I need an essay within 3 pages & a simple light powerpoint presentation slide. Problem: The responsibility Airbnb has to its customers when it comes to the quality and safety of the units that are approved for use. They need to change the cancellation policy so it does not allow for the property owner to benefit from it. Also having a uniform and strict process that verifies all properties and owners. Also how this affects the brand image. Please add more if there is anything else you can think of.

We need to look at this in the point of view of the Ethical Theory: Kant, was thinking specifically the aspects of universalizability of the policies which has led to people able to scam others. Also using the aspect of Airbnb using owners as a means to their ends, instead of allowing them to be the means of their own ends. Solutions: Talk about what we could do to find a solution to this ethical situation.
